Can we install AccelaTest on our own private server?

We do not currently offer private hosting of AccelaTest because we are designed as a SaaS platform.

What are the minimum license requirements?

The free plan costs nothing. After that, the minimum purchase is 4 licensed users.

Are the licenses transferable?

Yes, you can transfer a license if a team member leaves your organization.

Are the licenses concurrent?

No, these are not concurrent licenses. They are seat licenses which means that each user must have his or her own license.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes! We understand how you might be skeptical at first, but our free plan really is 100% free. With the Free Plan, you get 600 test cases, and 1,000 test runs to see the power of AccelaTest for yourself.

What discounts are offered for prepaying for 12 months?

We do not currently offer prepayment discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments through Stripe.

Stripe does not do bank transfers or cheques, hence we cannot accept them.
